The 90-Minute Morning Reset
A realistic sequence for light, movement, breakfast, and focus before the day becomes crowded.

A restorative morning does not require waking before dawn. It requires reducing the number of decisions made before your attention is fully available. Prepare water, clothes, and the first meal the evening before, then keep the opening minutes deliberately simple.
Start with daylight and a short period of comfortable movement. A walk, mobility sequence, or gentle strength practice can help mark the transition from sleep without turning the morning into a performance. Follow with a balanced breakfast and a written list of the three outcomes that matter most.
The sequence is flexible. What matters is consistency, not intensity. If ninety minutes is unrealistic, preserve the order in a shorter window: light, movement, nourishment, then focus.
